TENDER NOTICE
Umutara Polytechnic invites eligible, interested and competent firms/individuals to submit their bids for the following tenders:

Tender documents in English may be obtained on any working day from June 15th, 2010 at the Procurement Office of Umutara Polytechnic upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Rwandan Francs Twenty Thousand (Rwf 20,000) on Account N° 122-02-02 in BNR entitled Umutara University.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Rwandan Francs equivalent to 5% of estimated bid value. Enquiries regarding these tenders may be addressed to the Procurement Officer Umutara Polytechnic.
Site visit in respect to tender NO.009/UP/2010 will be conducted on 15th June at 11.00m at Muvumba.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Office of Umutara Polytechnic at Nyagatre not later than the date and time specified.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at the time and venue specified above. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.
