Library The University library is adequately open for almost 15 hours per day and is stocked with a variety of books that cover a wide range of subjects. It provides space for books, reading and internet connected computers.

Mission
Our mission is to promote learning by facilitating access to high quality service collections to wide range of users. We also seek to transform our library into UP Primary gateway for scholarly information by providing UP Community with high quality documentation.

Objectives
Increase quantity and quality of information delivered on time and UP curriculum and other requirements,
• Adequate learning resources are the right support for appropriate Knowledge and lifelong learning that enhance convenient learning environment.
• Providing quality information is one of the means to respond to the production of graduates benchmarked to the highest International standards.

Library Users.
In principle, the library is reserved for full time and part time students, Lecturers and all UP staff members. However students from other Institutions like NUR, KIST and ISAE are received.
Librarians assist users in selecting books required, provide education and library orientation as well as answer reference questions.read more...
